Preferential pricing

Polestar has launched an offer giving Polestar owners access to preferential prices in selected markets when charging their car at Ionity's fast charging stations (the "Offer"). The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:

1. The Offer is available via the Plugsurfing – Polestar Edition app and/or in the Plugsurfing app (whichever is applicable and collectively the “App”). Please check your App to see the current preferential price in your local currency. 

2. The preferential price applies at Ionity's fast charging stations available via the Plugsurfing platform, either by (i) using the charging card provided with the car, or (ii) using the public charging feature for electric cars via the App (if available). Please note that not all Ionity fast charging stations are available in all markets. 

3. The Offer is linked to the car and is not a personal offer to the owner of the car. If the car is sold, the preferential price will continue to apply during the offer period, provided that the new owner uses the same charge card that came with the car or uses the App. 

4. Polestar reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer if it is used improperly or abused, in the manner it deems appropriate or necessary. 

5. Plugsurfing is a third party service provided by Plugsurfing GmbH and is subject to Plugsurfing's terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://plugsurfing.com/legal/terms-of-use/. 

6. Polestar makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Plugsurfing service and shall not be liable if the service is unavailable or for damages that occur in connection with the use of the Plugsurfing service. 

7. Polestar further reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer for any reason and without liability, without prior notice.
