DownloadPolestar is committed to fostering a speak up culture, characterized by openness, integrity and accountability. This is essential to identify, act on and prevent unethical behaviour or wrongdoing.
To help both internal and external individuals (such as business partners, customers, other third parties involved with Polestar) to report suspected severe violations of rules, Polestar has implemented a reporting channel called SpeakUp. Severe violations include, for example, suspected corruption, fraud, breaches of competition law, environmental law or other legal provisions. Polestar’s Compliance & Ethics function receives reports from SpeakUp and decides on appropriate investigative actions. Anonymous reports are possible, where permitted under local laws.

Conflict minerals compliance is the process of conducting mandatory due diligence to identify the source of 3TG, the so-called conflict minerals. The Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) is a standardised reporting template developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), of which Polestar is member. CMRT facilitates the transfer of information through the supply chain regarding a mineral’s country of origin and the smelters and refiners being utilised.
